The purpose of CECI’s “Good for you, Good for them” campaign is to raise corporate and consumer awareness in Canada about purchasing fair trade shea butter produced the traditional way, by cooperatives of African women.
Some organizations supported by the CECI already have fair trade and/or organic certification. Others have initiated the procedures to obtain it.
