The World University Service of Canada (WUSC), the Paul Gérin-Lajoie Foundation (FPGL), and the Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO) have been pooling their expertise and resources and transferring them to Haitian organizations in both the public and private sectors.
Listening to our fifty partners in Haiti
To meet its partners’ needs, the PCV approach emphasizes building capacities so that beneficiaries can better fulfill their roles and duties in reducing reduce poverty and improving governance in Haiti. In Canada, the PCV is teaming up with skilled advisors with the right backgrounds to get involved in the event of humanitarian crises. The PCV works to build our Haitian partners’ skills and knowledge in the areas of governance, education and economic development. The primary goal of the program is to improve services and programs offered to partners engaged in meeting the needs of communities.
