Women entrepreneurs in solidarity program
International mentoring program for businesswomen

A veritable incubator for growth and entrepreneurial success, this program is waiting to help you shape your professional destiny with confidence and impact.

CECI deploys a reciprocal business mentoring program designed to match Canadian and African/Latin American SMEs. This unique 5- to 6-month program includes virtual mentoring meetings and a 4-week stay at the twinned international company. When women support each other, society as a whole wins! Through this initiative, CECI aims to support women entrepreneurs who are helping to shape the economies of their countries, by creating sustainable wealth for themselves and for the women they employ and/or work with.

Reciprocal mentoring: a space to grow as a benevolent leader

In a reciprocal coaching relationship based on listening, trust, an intercultural approach and mutual respect, you will be both mentor and mentee. By embracing these exchanges, you'll discover innovative business models rooted in international markets, driving innovation. It's an exceptional opportunity to share common challenges as businesswomen, while exploring different cultural realities.

What does this experience offer me?

The Women Entrepreneurs Program offers a mentoring experience structured around the learning objectives identified by matched entrepreneurs. It can help you clarify your strategic vision to grow your business and diversify your sources of financing. You'll develop your ability to seize business opportunities, network internationally and innovate so you're ready for tomorrow's world.

On the business strategy front, this program could focus on improving your value proposition, market segmentation, customer relations, distribution strategy and local and international marketing. It will also help you optimize your operations, partner network, organizational culture, environmental and social impact, as well as inclusion and diversity practices in both human resources and marketing.

Process

In concrete terms, the twinning takes place over a period of 5 to 6 months, and involves a meeting every two weeks. Our team assesses the mutual learning interests of the candidates to find winning matches. You receive training before starting the program, supplemented by virtual meetings supervised by a program manager afterwards. Your stay abroad will last 3 to 4 weeks, and will be followed by return virtual meetings, a debriefing and an impact report. A business network engagement activity completes this enriching program.

A veritable incubator for growth and entrepreneurial success, this program is waiting to help you shape your professional destiny with confidence and impact.
